You already know that the Audi Q7 is tyre hungry, you found out the hard way! I struggled to get 12,000 miles out of mine & I don't exactly rip it up all day long. Lots of people suggest taking it easy, it's a big vehicle afterall & it has an incredible weight to throw around. That said, if you're buying a car such as the Audi Q7 you won't want to be taking it too easy or you may aswell drive something smaller and cheaper! I ended up using part worn tyres on my S Line 3.0 diesel with 20" wheels - it saved me a ton of cash.
Buying cheap tyres for your Audi Q7 is easy. When my first Q7 came to the end of it's lease, rather than go and spend £1500 on a brand new set I got 4 tyres from eBay dealers for about £400 - my car went back to the lease company with practically new tyres! Easy.
